On April 1, 2023, the Zootown Arts Community Center will celebrate its 11th Annual {mini} Show Benefit Auction in the newly renovated Commercial Building at the Missoula County Fairgrounds. This gala event brings together Missoula's creative community to celebrate all things mini. This year's festivities include mini and MEGA art exhibits with silent and live auctions, a mini dessert competition/auction, and more!
You may submit to the "mini" category, the "MEGA" category or both (or even the "medium" category!). This is the ZACC's biggest fundraising celebration of the year. Your donations made to the Mini Show support year-round programming and arts education for our community.

Sunday, February 12, 2023 // Last day to submit artworks (early submissions with press quality jpegs are appreciated for press releases and social media campaigns)
Wednesday, February 15, 2023 // Acceptance notifications emailed
Thursday, February 16 through Saturday, February 26 // Deliver artworks All artwork must be framed and ready to hang. If you need a shelf or a pedestal please let us know in advance.
First Friday, March 3 // Opening Reception @ the ZACC from 5 to 8 PM
Saturday, April 1 // Mini Show @ the Commercial Building at the Missoula County Fairgrounds

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Submission Requirements Artists are invited to submit ANY size artwork. In total, artists may submit up to three (3) separate works for consideration. Any medium is welcome. Works will be jury selected. No triptychs or diptychs. Artists may choose to give a 50%, 75%, or 100% donation of the final sale prices. Bidding will start at half the declared value. Please consider what your works have recently sold for in determining this. We have a big building with big exciting goals so don't please don't be shy about pricing your work for what it is worth. MINI-MUM (haha) declared value is $100. Only the works jury-selected will be considered for the show; you may not substitute.

ARTIST BENEFITS
Inclusion in our 11th Annual Mini Show Art Exhibition and Silent Auction @ the ZACC and online (silent auction bidding online only). Artists who choose to donate 100% of sales will be offered two second floor gallery tickets (dinner not included), or one first floor dinner ticket. Please reserve tickets early. Artists who choose to donate 75% or 50% of sales will be offered one second floor gallery ticket (dinner not included).
