About

OUR SPACES

We've expanded! Our new space has approximately twice the square footage of our former northside location, and as a result, we've been able to add some really fun things into the ZACC mix.

GROUND FLOOR - Walk-In Art Activities, and Performing Arts Space

The ground floor of our facility is designed so you can walk-in and immediately start engaging your creative side. Paint some pottery or play with clay in our Paint -Your-Own-Pottery studio. Set up in our Art Lounge and utilize our free community Art Supply Closet to create a new piece of art. Play around and create large tactile pieces in our Youth Interactive Area. Glance through our Galleries and Artist Shop to see new works and wares by local and regional emerging artists. Stay late for musical and theatrical performances in our Performing Arts Space.

SECOND FLOOR - Offices, Classrooms, and Artist Studios

The second floor of our space houses ZACC staff offices, a publicly available conference room, a variety of studios housing various artists of all disciplines and several local arts nonprofits. Our Youth Education Classroom offers a nice bright space for our many classes and camps, and our community Print Shop offers a variety of presses and open workspace.

THE BASEMENT - Music School

Located in the basement, our music school has everything that you need to learn the act of rocking out. Students of the music school will have access to sound-proof practice rooms, a recording booth, a classroom space for song-writing and collaboration, and mini-stage for practices and intimate performances.
