PAINT YOUR OWN POTTERY

Get creative at the ZACC with our Paint Your Own Pottery studio! It's a fun, hands-on activity for all ages, and no reservation is required (If you're planning to visit with a group of five or more, please give us a call ahead of time so we can have everything ready for your arrival.) 

Choose from a wide variety of ready-to-paint pottery, including mugs, bowls, plates, figurines, and more. Prices start at just $5 and include all glazing and kiln firing.

 

CLAY HAND BUILDING

Handbuilding is one of the oldest and most accessible ways to create with clay. Using only your hands and simple tools, no pottery wheel required, you can shape unique, one-of-a-kind pieces at your own pace.

We provide high-quality clay from the Archie Bray Foundation in Helena, along with sculpting tools and basic instruction to help you get started. All you need to bring is your imagination.

Explore classic handbuilding techniques like pinch pots, coil building, and slab construction as you create functional pottery, sculptures, or anything else you can dream up.

We are grateful for your donation and support of our organization. If you have made an error in making your donation or change your mind about contributing to our organization please contact us. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.
