Create a Specialized Ceramic Plate (Unglazed)

Getting excited about the holidays? We are too! In this class students will be introduced to working with ceramics as a painting surface as they create their own specialized ceramic plate to use at their holiday celebration. Students will learn about applying and manipulating glaze on un-glazed surfaces, how to perform image transfers, create stencils, and altering their glaze medium(s). Students are encouraged to bring images from home for their transfers.

Pieces will not be available to take home the same day. Students will be contacted when pieces have been run through the kiln and are ready to pick up.
