Sensation Based Movement
Sundays | October 10 through November 7 | 11 AM-12 PM | Taught by Noelle Huser | $17 per session
Single session drop-in attendance! If you'd like to join the Sensation Based Movement class, you can do so by showing up at the ZACC about 10 minutes before class. The cost for a single day of attendance is $17. Walk-in attendance is based on a first come first serve basis until the attendance capacity is reached.
This hour long dance party is for people of all abilities and levels working to get comfortable expressing themselves in their bodies. The workshop will be a safe space to surrender to the body’s innate wisdom. Guided verbal cues from the instructor will help to turn up the dial of sensations in our bodies so we can listen to them and share an organic improvisational movement flow.
