9th Annual Mini Show

Friday, January 1, 202110:00 amThursday, April 1, 20216:00 pm

On May 22, 2021, the Zootown Arts Community Center (ZACC) will celebrate its 9th Annual Mini Show Benefit Auction at Ten Spoon Winery in Missoula's Upper Rattlesnake. This live gala event will be a safe way to experience the beloved ZACC Mini Show during the pandemic, with a gorgeous outdoor setting, tables sold to social pods, masks required when not seated, and all auction betting online (via cellphone) to avoid gathering at betting cards. In addition, the silent auction will be accessible through the online platform to anyone, whether they attend the event or not. The Mini Show always brings together Missoula's creative community to celebrate the arts and support the ZACC, and this year we will continue that tradition in a safe and unique way. The 2021 Mini Show at Ten Spoon Winery will be a welcome experience after a long, cooped-up winter, and will feature an expansive art exhibit with silent and live auctions, catered dinner, a dessert auction, and more!

The Mini Show is the ZACC's largest fundraising event of the year. Art donations made to the Mini Show support year-round arts programming and education for the Missoula community and its visitors. With your help, we hope this year will boast the most incredible catalog of local and regional art yet!

In total, artists may submit up to three (3) separate works for consideration. Any medium is welcome. Works will be jury selected. No Triptychs or Diptychs.

Artists may choose to give a 50%, 75%, or 100% donation of the final sale prices. Bidding will start at half the declared value. Please consider what your works have recently sold for in determining this. We have a big building with big exciting goals so don't please don't be shy about pricing your work for what it's worth. MINI-MUM (haha) declared value is $100. Only the works jury-selected will be considered for the show; you may not substitute.

Artist Benefits
Inclusion in our 9th Annual Mini Show group Art Exhibition and Silent Auction @ the ZACC and online (silent auction bidding online only).

Due to health and safety concerns, we are unable to sell individual tickets to the 9th Annual Mini Show. Artists who choose to donate 100% of sales will have the opportunity to purchase a discounted table, where the discount reflects one free seat (for the contributing artist). Reserve discounted tables early, as we have limited tables and the Mini Show sells out quickly.
