 Western Cider hosts the seasonal rite of WASSAIL for a week each January t
 o raise the winter spirit of the community. A traditionally British celebr
 ation\, the purpose of this ritual is to insure a bounty of apples for the
  coming season. In this spirit we will be drawing apple-filled naturalisti
 c still lifes\, with bird specimens\, owl skeletons\, bird feathers\, wing
 s\, skulls\, and other intricate beauties of the world provided by the Mon
 tana Natural History Center. Drawing materials are provided for free by th
 e ZACC\, and we receive a portion of the profit from cider sales during th
 e event. Donations for art supplies are always appreciated.
