BECOME A VOLUNTEER

Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the ZACC! Our organization thrives on the generosity of volunteers like you to help fulfill our mission. We welcome folks to help in several areas of our operation; our youth classes and rock camps, our Laura Grace Barrett Print Shop, and live events held in the Show Room at the ZACC. There are also several individual opportunities to lend a hand throughout the year like our annual Mini Show fundraiser or tabling sessions at schools and community events.

However you would like to help out, we want you to know that we value your contribution. Therefore, those volunteers who complete at least 15 hours for the ZACC are eligible to receive a voucher valued at $25 to be used on events and classes for themselves, or events, classes or camps for family members. For each additional 10 hours, volunteers are eligible for another voucher of the same value. Vouchers may not be redeemed for retail items such as pottery, items in the shop, or gallery pieces.

Please look at the various volunteer roles listed and send us your contact information, as well as your preferred availability (evenings after 5, Sundays, unavailable on Tuesdays, etc.), using the subsequent form. We are certain we can find a way for you to make a difference!

On April 1, 2023, the Zootown Arts Community Center (ZACC) will celebrate its 11th Annual Mini Show Benefit Auction in the beautifully renovated Commercial Building at the Missoula County Fairgrounds. For our 2023 Mini Show art auction and gala we've again secured this well-appointed space in order to share visual creations of all sizes. The 2023 Mini Show will be the most accessible Mini Show ever – both for attendees and for folks unable to make it! Artists who choose to donate 100% of sales will be offered two second floor gallery tickets (dinner not included), or one first floor dinner ticket. Please reserve tickets early. Artists who choose to donate 75% or 50% of sales will be offered one second floor gallery ticket (dinner not included). We will continue using our new online auction platform (so the silent auction will be accessible to anyone – whether they attend or not).

This live gala event will include live entertainment from a cast composed of longtime supporters and new friends, a silent and live auction, a cash bar, a catered dinner, a dessert auction, and more! The Mini Show is the ZACC's largest fundraising event of the year. Art donations made to the Mini Show support year-round arts programming and education for the Missoula community and its visitors. With your help, we hope this year will boast the most incredible catalog of local and regional art yet!
