In this comprehensive 5 week class students will lea rn the history of screen printing\, how to prep artwork for screens\, tran sfer artwork onto a surface\, trouble shoot\, experiment and much more! Your ink will smell like salsa and it’s gross. \n● You will need a lot of tape: \n ○ Masking tape \n ○ Scotch tape \n ○ Packing tape ( this is used most often) \n● Pins and Tabs for registration \n● Vellum for hand drawing stencils (you can also print B&W images onto transparencies) \nnRubylith\n● Mylar \n ○ for flap registration \n ○ for han d drawing stencils \n● Paint brushes in various sizes (synthetic watercolo r/acrylic brushes work best\, you don't need to purchase really nice ones) \n● Exacto knife and pack of new blades for cutting Rubylith \n● 2 acryli c Black paint markers\, one with a fine tip and one with a large tip.
