Registration & Cancellation Policies

Pre-Payment Requirement

The ZACC is committed to providing youth and adult art programming to the Missoula community. Art programming requires materials, instructors, space, and curriculum for a successful art experience. In order to cover our costs for these materials we require our art-goers to pay the full class fee upon registration. Your registration also holds your spot in the class, as they can fill up fast. To register for a class please call the ZACC today!

Cancellation/Refund Policy

We regret that you cannot attend as original planned. To withdraw your attendance in a class please contact the ZACC promptly by phone or email. In the case of cancellations prior to the class start, the following refund policy will apply:

Given 7-days notice to cancellation: 100% Refund of fees except any non-refundable deposits
          • All Youth Summer Camp fees include a $50 non-refundable deposit.
Less than 7-days notice to cancellation: No refund is allotted

Membership Classes

If you are a member and cannot make it to a membership class you have signed up for we require at least 24 hours’ notice. If you are a no-call/no-show for a Membership class you are signed up for, you will be bumped from ether the next membership class you are signed up for or, if you are not signed up for another membership class, you will not be permitted to sign up for the following month's membership class. In most cases, our membership classes have a healthy waiting list of eager members. This policy is an attempt to make our membership classes fair, full, and fun for all who wish to participate.

The ZACC is a non-profit run by people, not automated machines. We understand extreme circumstances and strive to respond accordingly. In return we hope our policies will be respected. Although you can no longer attend this class, we purchased materials and allocated time for your attendance. We hope that you will look at our classes find more opportunities that you can take part in.
