Kaitlin Switzer

Born in Wickford, Rhode Island, Katie grew up surrounded by an artistic community that supported and nurtured her love for art. She began taking commissions from a young age, eventually exhibiting her work in galleries and exhibitions across New England. She attained her dual BFA in Painting/2D Studies and Art Education from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth in May of 2011 and moved to Missoula just a few weeks after. She is truly inspired by the natural beauty and warm people of Missoula.

She teaches on Tuesdays in the Young Artist Afterschool Program at the ZACC which is held during the school year.
